About the Role

The Talent Development Intern will support the Talent team in implementing and launching a new Learning Management System (LMS). This role provides hands‑on experience in learning operations, digital learning tools, and content development, and involves collaboration with Talent Development, HR Business Partners, IT, and cross‑functional business teams to ensure a smooth rollout across the organization. The internship is project‑based, offers ownership of key tasks, and is located at our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana. • Configure, test, and roll out the new Learning Management System (LMS). • Upload, organize, and maintain learning content, curricula, and user assignments in the LMS. • Create and edit eLearning modules, job aids, videos, and other training assets. • Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to gather and verify learning material content. • Troubleshoot LMS issues, document processes, and support end‑user questions during rollout. • Participate in project meetings, track progress, and contribute to documentation. • Generate reports and analytics to measure training engagement and effectiveness. • Support broader learning and development initiatives with HR and Talent teams.

What You Bring

• Pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Learning Design, Learning Sciences, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. • Junior or senior year student with a minimum 3.0 GPA. • Strong written communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Detail‑oriented, proactive mindset with willingness to learn new tools and processes. • Hands‑on experience in learning and development, HR technology, and content creation.
