About the Role
As a static M&E Engineer you will be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance, reactive works and general building services across your allocated site. You will be responsible for electrical PPMs, emergency lighting and fire alarm testing, basic plumbing and fabric maintenance, fault finding and general repairs, delivering autonomous and high‑quality technical services. Are you an experienced M&E Engineer based in the Moreton in Marsh area, seeking a new and rewarding challenge? We’re recruiting for a static M&E Engineer to join our dedicated Facilities Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an award‑winning FM provider, delivering high‑quality services across our client site. We require candidates to hold an 18th Edition qualification, NVQ Level 2 or 3 or City & Guilds 2365 in Electrical Installation, and a valid UK driving licence, with proven experience in a similar M&E role. Strong communication, problem‑solving skills and a solid understanding of health and safety protocols are essential. We offer a competitive salary up to £36,630 per annum, depending on experience, plus 25 days annual leave and bank holidays. Enhanced overtime rates provide additional earnings, and an annual bonus of up to 4% is available based on performance. The role is a 40‑hour week, Monday to Friday, with participation in a 1‑in‑4 week call‑out rota.
