About the Role
The Facilities Coordinator supports Operations and Territory Managers with a range of operational activities, including maintenance, accounting and finance, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, and occupancy services. This role proactively develops and maintains client relationships to ensure expected service levels are achieved. In the day‑to‑day, the Coordinator manages work orders in Corrigo, verifies and updates them, creates child orders, and handles flagged items. Responsibilities also include responding to inbound work orders, dispatching requests to vendors, closing communication loops, meeting client KPIs, assisting staff with proposal approvals, preparing vendor quotes, and overseeing invoicing and timely work‑order closure. • Respond quickly and efficiently to inbound work orders from building occupants • Dispatch service requests to vendors and confirm vendor acceptance of the work • Close the communication loop on all inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Ensure client‑expected KPIs are met • Assist Facilities staff in processing work order proposals for approvals • Prepare vendor quotes/proposals for the facilities operations team • Follow up with invoicing and close out work orders promptly as part of vendor management

What You Bring
The ideal candidate understands basic facilities‑maintenance terminology and is proficient with various information‑technology tools. Knowledge of local occupational health and safety regulations, critical facilities, and specialized vendor management is advantageous. Strong Excel skills—including pivot tables, V‑LOOKUPs, and chart creation—and experience with CMMS work‑order systems such as Corrigo are preferred. Visa sponsorship is not offered; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
