About the Role

The Superintendent provides leadership to field crews, creates daily and weekly schedules, and ensures productive, safe, and high‑quality work. Duties include managing material logistics, maintaining daily paperwork, coordinating with staff, suppliers, and subcontractors, and overseeing attendance and weather‑related notifications. Safety responsibilities encompass conducting meetings, reviewing work plans, investigating incidents, and promoting a zero‑injury culture. • Lead and direct field construction personnel. • Develop daily and weekly crew schedules and construction plans. • Ensure work is performed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. • Manage material logistics, placements, and deliveries for earthwork and utilities. • Maintain daily paperwork such as as‑built drawings, timecards, and test reports. • Communicate with field staff, management, suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. • Monitor crew attendance and provide rain‑day notifications. • Conduct daily and weekly safety meetings and inspections. • Review and enforce safe work plans and hazard assessments with crews. • Investigate incidents, near‑misses, and damages with the Safety Department. • Travel to multiple project sites across Texas as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates should have 3–5 years of superintendent experience, be able to travel across Texas, and hold a valid OSHA 30 certification.
