About the Role

The incumbent will plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in line with KBR policies, using both standalone and web‑based tools. They will manage internal engineering interfaces and external stakeholders such as Hull, Marine, Turret, and Mooring for FPSO facilities, while maintaining daily client communication to ensure satisfaction. Supervision of assigned personnel through subordinate leaders and occasional responsibility as proposal manager are also expected, along with budgetary accountability. • Plan, organize, and control medium-sized engineering projects (<$100M) following company policies. • Manage internal engineering discipline interfaces and external facilities (Hull, Marine, Turret, Mooring) for FPSOs. • Maintain daily client communication to ensure satisfaction. • Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders. • Act as proposal manager for medium-sized projects when needed. • Hold budgetary accountability for assigned projects.

What You Bring

Applicants must hold an engineering degree and bring 12 to 20 years of relevant experience. Preferred backgrounds include offshore FPSO topsides, LNG terminals, and energy transition projects, with strong knowledge of digital project delivery and 3D CAD tools such as Intelligent PIDs, SPI, SPE, and Navisworks. • Hold an engineering degree. • Possess 12–20 years of relevant engineering experience. • Knowledge of offshore FPSO topsides, LNG terminals, and energy transition preferred. • Familiarity with digital project delivery, 3D CAD, Intelligent PIDs, SPI, SPE, and Navisworks.
