What You Bring

Candidates must hold at least an HR licence, with prior HR driving experience preferred, and have a current Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one before starting. You should enjoy chatting with onsite personnel, take pride in keeping the truck clean and presentable, be able to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol test, and comply with any weight‑limit safety requirements for the vehicle. • Hold a minimum HR licence; HR driving experience is preferred. • possess a valid Construction White Card or obtain one before starting. • Pass pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol testing.

This role is more than point‑to‑point driving; no two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a supportive local team backed by a leading national company. You will be based at the Lithgow Concrete Plant in the NSW Central Tablelands, working full‑time with most days starting between 5 am and 6 am. The position offers a base hourly rate of $33.70, paid weekly, with overtime at time‑and‑a‑half after 8 hours and double time plus a meal allowance after 10 hours in a day. Driving an Agi is like being a customer service agent on wheels; you will meet a variety of personalities each day, so strong people skills are essential. All new hires complete a 10‑day training program with experienced driver trainers before operating solo, and you will receive buddy support thereafter.
