About the Role

The role manages execution of multiple high‑complexity technical programs using predefined methodologies and tools. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and closing technology projects, scoping large initiatives, securing resources, selecting methodologies, presenting estimates, and conducting review meetings with senior leaders. • Manage execution of multiple high‑complexity technical programs using predefined methodologies and tools. • Plan, execute, and close single‑project technology initiatives with defined start and end dates. • Scope and plan large technology projects, identify resources, and secure commitments from line managers. • Select and apply appropriate project methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Scrum) and educate team members. • Present effort estimates, acquire project budgets, and conduct review meetings with directors and VPs. • Introduce and implement large program process changes across departments and define program KPIs. • Foster a collaborative teamwork environment and plan long‑term program resource needs. • Facilitate program retrospectives, define roles and responsibilities, and manage stakeholder communication. • Build relationships with VPs and directors, communicate scope, schedule, resource, and budget changes. • Present technology portfolio reports and recommend efficiency improvements. • Obtain consensus on methodologies, processes, and templates; introduce new PMO tools and features. • Establish cross‑functional governance to maintain project methodologies, processes, and templates.

Compensation for this position varies by location, with target base pay ranges from $136,000‑$204,000 in Dallas and $150,000‑$224,000 in other U.S. locations. Pay reflects role level, location, skills, experience, and education, and does not include potential bonus, equity, or benefits.
