About the Role
The manager will integrate IT DR planning and execution into program and project lifecycles, partnering with Business Continuity to ensure preparedness, testing, and recovery align with continuity objectives. They will provide leadership over ITSM practices—including incident, problem, change, and configuration management—to improve service reliability. Additionally, the role oversees the end‑to‑end DSAR process, ensuring timely, compliant responses to data subject requests and driving continuous improvement. Strategic oversight includes managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure program success while interfacing with senior leadership on operational and technical delivery. The manager will establish enterprise‑wide practices, processes, and tools that enhance information sharing and collaboration across the organization. What You Bring
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field, experience in a Project Management Office, and a PMP certification. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience managing complex, enterprise‑level or multi‑departmental programs and be proficient with industry‑standard methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma, OCM, PMBOK, or ITIL. Experience serving as the single manager of multiple concurrent projects across geographic locations and expert‑level knowledge of large‑scale enterprise projects are also required. Minimum qualifications require experience leading IT projects using Agile, predictive, and hybrid methodologies, as well as leading project working groups. Candidates must have a minimum of eight years leading projects within programs with interdependencies and at least five years of senior‑level IT experience (e.g., Sr. Software Developer, Sr. Database Administrator, Business Analyst).
