About the Role
The Window Install Helper works a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule and contributes to a collaborative team environment that encourages role advancement. In this position you will install home‑remodeling products following Mad City’s standards and apply finish work as required. After each installation you will communicate with management to verify customer satisfaction and approve final payments. You will also complete a carpentry checklist together with the homeowner at project completion.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least six months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, preferably with window replacements or wrapping.
