What You Bring
• Business Management degree with 1 year rental experience or 3-4 years rental industry experience • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record • Strong leadership and communication abilities • Proficiency in P&L management and financial controls • Experience in outside sales, negotiation, and influencing • Knowledge of construction or industrial markets (preferred) • High accountability, effective time management, and willingness to learn all aspects of the business • Ability to bend, squat, reach, and lift 50 lb or more in indoor/outdoor settings
