Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for its East Longmeadow, MA facility. The position runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. with a pay range of $35.11‑$38.76 plus a 9 % shift differential. The technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, electronic, mechanical, and vacuum systems on industrial machinery. Work involves interpreting complex drawings, specifications, and using precision measuring tools, CNC equipment, and computers. Proficiency with DMMs, meggers, data‑logging instruments, and a variety of sensors (temperature, flow, pressure, voltage, current) is required, as is experience with PLC programming, VFD setup, and controller repair. Candidates should have completed an accredited apprenticeship or a two‑year technical college program in analog and digital electronics, be trained in NFPA 70E safe work practices, and possess 1‑3 years of related experience. The role demands a high‑quality mindset, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to embrace innovation in a fast‑paced environment. • Work in a demanding, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines. • Complete an accredited apprenticeship or 2‑year technical college program in electronics. • Trained in NFPA 70E electrical safety practices. • Possess 1‑3 years of relevant electromechanical experience.
