We seek candidates with a broad, flexible technical skill set to complement our team, focusing on service excellence, continuous improvement, and product development. Ideal candidates will have strategic advisory capability that can be deployed across service lines and sectors, with specialism in one or more areas such as strategy and investment, construction productivity, strategic development, asset performance, commercial delivery, or change and transformation. We value flexible, team‑oriented professionals who bring consultancy expertise across major project and programme delivery, align with Mace’s values, and collaborate creatively to generate strong ideas and exceptional work. Mace offers inclusive, full‑ and part‑time positions with agile working from home and offices in Manchester or central London, requiring a minimum of three days per week in a Mace or client office and occasional UK travel. • Demonstrate expertise in at least one property or infrastructure sector (e.g., aviation, rail, healthcare). • Work flexibly on multiple short‑term commissions, both on‑site and remotely.
