Water Leak Technician

About the Role

In this role you will safely carry out both reactive and proactive works on refrigeration‑based condensate pipework, providing first‑line responses to logged water leaks. Responsibilities include identifying leak sources, repairing or replacing faulty pipework or components, clearing blockages, maintaining internal drainage systems, drop‑down pipework and dairy pump trays, and diagnosing equipment faults with appropriate escalation. You will ensure jobs are completed within SLA timeframes, meet all KPI targets, and comply with Arcus health and safety procedures and client site requirements. • Perform reactive and proactive water leak repairs on refrigeration condensate pipework. • Diagnose and resolve equipment faults, clear blockages, and maintain drainage systems. • Meet SLA timeframes and KPI targets while adhering to health & safety procedures. • Plan daily routes, prioritize aged work orders, and aim for first‑time fixes. • Use IT tools and apps for job management and communication.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will have experience in water‑leak or drainage work and basic plumbing knowledge; basic electrical skills are desirable but not essential. A full UK driving licence is mandatory, and you must be able to work nights with flexibility for Sunday shifts as required. The position involves a 45‑hour week (Sunday‑Thursday) and participation in an on‑call rota that varies with business demand. • Hold a full UK driving licence and be able to work night shifts, including Sundays. • Possess basic plumbing knowledge; electrical skills are a plus.
