About the Role
The role is responsible for managing the P&L, balance sheet, working capital and overseeing all financial reporting, control processes, including controls audit, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury and accounting. It involves developing financial business plans, forecasts and maintaining finance and accounting practices in line with group, regional policies, SOPs and GAAP. The incumbent will create tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information, ensure policies and procedures align with budgetary allocations and legal statutes, and manage liquidity and cash‑flow strategies together with the CFO and Treasurer. Additional duties include delivering timely budget and trend analysis for the regional headquarters and Board, advising on insurance, legal and tax matters, improving the budgeting process, providing strategic financial input, establishing internal controls and IT systems, mitigating financial and legal risk, monitoring legislative changes, and ensuring compliance with statutory and QHSE requirements. • Oversee P&L, balance sheet, working capital, and all financial reporting/control processes. • Lead controls audit, financial planning & analysis, tax, treasury and accounting functions. • Develop and maintain financial business plans, forecasts, and budgeting tools. • Ensure finance and accounting practices comply with group, regional policies, SOPs and GAAP. • Create analytical tools and provide actionable strategic recommendations to management. • Manage liquidity and cash‑flow strategies in coordination with the CFO and Treasurer. • Deliver timely analysis of budgets, financial reports and trends for regional HQ and Board. • Advise senior management on insurance, legal, tax matters and contract implications. • Implement and monitor internal controls, finance policies, and IT systems for operational efficiency. • Collaborate with Business and Functional Heads to mitigate financial and legal risks. • Monitor legislative changes affecting financial, administrative and IT requirements in India. • Ensure compliance with all statutory, quality, health, safety and environment regulations.

What You Bring
The candidate must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with at least 15 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in a large logistics or multinational environment. They should be able to navigate ambiguity in a high‑growth setting, manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively. The role requires a strong strategic finance and accounting skill set, experience leading a finance team, and a commitment to the highest ethical standards. Proven ability to collaborate with and influence multidisciplinary leadership, along with exceptional analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, is essential. • Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 15+ years post‑qualification experience, preferably in large logistics or multinational operations. • Proven ability to operate in high‑growth, ambiguous environments and manage multiple stakeholders. • Strong communication, strategic finance, and leadership skills with experience leading a finance team. • Demonstrated ethical standards and ability to build a high‑integrity financial organization. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and influencing abilities across multidisciplinary leadership teams.
