About the Role

• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans for land and marine transportation. • Coordinate multimodal transport of heavy equipment, bulk materials, and specialized items. • Optimize routes and schedules to reduce delays and costs. • Align material delivery schedules with project milestones in liaison with procurement teams. • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and manage customs clearance for imports. • Oversee marine logistics including barge operations, port handling, and offshore deliveries. • Coordinate with port authorities and shipping agents to achieve timely vessel turnaround. • Plan and manage site access, storage areas, and internal movement of materials and equipment. • Implement safety and security protocols for logistics operations. • Communicate regularly with PMC teams, contractors, and suppliers, providing logistics status updates. • Develop contingency plans for disruptions such as transport delays or supplier issues. • Monitor and mitigate logistics and supply chain risks. • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery schedules.

What You Bring

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Civil Engineering or related field (desirable but not essential). • Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction logistics, covering land and marine transport. • Proven experience on PMC projects or with project management consultants. • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs clearance, and port operations. • Proficiency with logistics software and tools such as ERP and RFID tracking. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
