About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, you will be responsible for preserving the resort’s high‑standard facilities and common areas, handling routine and emergency maintenance, and maintaining accurate records of all activities. The position emphasizes independent work as well as teamwork and encourages proactive problem‑solving. • Maintain all facilities and common areas to the resort’s high standards. • Complete routine maintenance tasks efficiently and resolve issues promptly. • Keep detailed, up‑to‑date maintenance logs and handle related administration. • Carry out decorating and improvement projects to enhance appearance of units and areas. • Perform pre‑arrival inspections to identify defects or guest‑related damage. • Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests, ensuring swift resolution. • Participate in the resort privilege program for exclusive employee discounts across Europe.

What You Bring
