Part Time Merchandiser

About the Role

The Retail Merchandiser serves as a key link between Footprint Solutions and its retail customers, managing and displaying products across multiple locations within a predetermined territory. Responsibilities include implementing plan‑ogram updates, stocking displays, conducting surveys and audits, assisting with store remodels, and tagging products with security materials. This position reports directly to a District Manager while the merchandiser works independently onsite.

What You Bring

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess strong communication skills, be self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively. They should be ethical, capable of independent problem‑solving, and comfortable using smartphone technology. Physical abilities include reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds. • Ability to work independently or within a team depending on local projects. • Strong communication skills. • Independent thinker, problem solver, and decision maker. • Preferred knowledge of smartphone technology. • Ability to work remotely, schedule and report store visits, photos, and travel expenses promptly. • Effective time management. • Self‑motivated and highly organized. • Must be 18 years or older. • Able to meet physical demands such as reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking. • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.

Benefits

Merchandiser – Flexible, part‑time position starting immediately with an hourly wage of $13.00. The role offers variable hours and is non‑exempt.
