About the Role

• Operate high‑speed forming and cutting equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals. • Set up and calibrate equipment, ensuring optimal machine performance and accuracy. • Inspect materials before, during, and after production to maintain quality standards. • Record and report production data, quality issues, and scrap material accurately. • Maintain and care for tooling, measuring devices, and other job‑related tools. • Diagnose equipment and quality issues promptly to minimize downtime and scrap. • Assist maintenance teams in equipment repairs and preventive maintenance activities. • Participate in continuous improvement programs focused on productivity and quality. • Perform housekeeping duties to sustain a clean and safe work environment. • Follow all company safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. • Promotes and practices safe work habits in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

What You Bring

The position requires constant movement, good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina, the ability to lift up to 60 lb, and the capacity to stand for 10–12 hours per shift in a plant environment. Employees must be able to remain stationary when needed and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. • Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred. • Ability to read and interpret production records, logs, and work instructions. • Proficient in basic math, including addition, subtraction, decimals, and fractions. • Experienced using measuring devices such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. • Skilled in operating forklifts, cranes, and other required production equipment. • Detail‑oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently. • Demonstrates consistent on‑site attendance and adherence to posted schedules.
