About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending solutions and selling moving supplies, conducting daily unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collections. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers and prepare bank deposits each day. • Perform payment reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Sweep, mop interior areas and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal. • Lift and transport items weighing up to 35 lb; walk up to 50 % of time in outdoor environments, including stairs and large doors.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift and move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities for up to half of the time—including outdoor environments, stairs and large doors—and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds tidy.
