About the Role
The Senior Project Manager will provide overall leadership for project delivery, ensuring timely execution, quality standards and effective coordination of the civil team. The position reports to senior leadership, aligning project activities with client expectations and organisational goals. • Manage CSA design, construction issue resolution, site execution, quality control and civil team coordination. • Lead client‑facing stakeholder management from inception to completion. • Oversee PEB structures and structural scope, guiding the project team. • Direct contractor activities, identify gaps, resolve issues and expedite works. • Align contractors with project scope, schedule and forecast critical activities. • Ensure compliance with local statutory approvals and prepare regular project reports.

What You Bring
• Hold a B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch in Civil (post‑graduate qualification advantageous). • Possess 12+ years of post‑qualification experience in construction consultancy in India. • Demonstrate strong technical skills and excellent verbal and written English communication.
