About the Role

The Project Manager will lead project planning, design, permitting, cost estimating, scheduling, installation oversight, and coordination for aggregate processing equipment upgrades and replacements, and will interact with executives, agencies, and contractors. • Plan, permit, estimate costs, design, draft, and schedule aggregate processing projects. • Oversee installation, coordination, and reporting of equipment upgrades or replacements. • Develop project scopes, proposals, and cost justifications. • Provide detailed plant retrofit and modification designs. • Coordinate internal and external engineering, fabrication, and erection services. • Ensure projects meet technical specifications, functional requirements, budgets, and deadlines. • Interact with executives, external agencies, and contractors.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, or mining engineering, with at least five years of engineering experience and two years in the aggregate industry, and possesses knowledge of structural, civil, and mechanical design of processing plants, concrete foundations, power transmission, surveying, drafting software, and production flow analysis. • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil, or mining engineering. • Minimum five years of engineering experience; at least two years in the aggregate industry. • Proficiency in structural, civil, and mechanical design of processing plants. • Knowledge of concrete foundation and power transmission design. • Experience with surveying, drafting tools, AutoCAD/Inventor, and MS Office. • Ability to analyze production flows using tools like AggFlow. • Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and willingness to work onsite in all climates.
