About the Role
The position offers opportunities to develop and implement QA/QC plans, conduct inspections, review materials, coordinate issue resolution, document activities, monitor system performance, ensure safety compliance, and train project teams. Successful candidates will contribute to continuous improvement and the overall project success. • Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and protocols for construction projects. • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. • Review and approve materials, equipment, and workmanship to meet quality requirements. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues. • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of QA/QC activities, including reports and records. • Monitor and report on the performance of the QA/QC system, identifying areas for improvement. • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC best practices.

What You Bring
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with at least five years of QA/QC experience in construction, strong knowledge of materials and standards, and proficiency with QA/QC software.
