About the Role
About the Role: The Field Recruiter owns full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting across Renuity’s field operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver talent that directly impacts business performance and growth. The recruiter will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for field roles, source and screen candidates through various channels, manage pipelines, and coordinate interview feedback. They will ensure a consistent, transparent candidate experience, maintain accurate data in the ATS, and continuously seek process improvements. The role also includes accountability for hiring outcomes, supporting job fairs and community outreach, and contributing to a collaborative talent acquisition team. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define staffing needs and priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent. • Gather interview feedback and advise hiring teams on selection decisions. • Deliver a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience. • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and related systems. • Identify and implement recruiting process improvements and efficiencies. • Account for hiring outcomes, timelines, and quality of hires. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives. • Collaborate within the talent acquisition team to drive results and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
What we’re looking for: a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field is preferred, with 1–3 years of talent acquisition experience in a high‑volume environment. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby, ADP) is required. • Own full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting for field positions, from requisition to offer acceptance. • Required: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 1–3 years of high‑volume recruiting experience. • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with strong time‑management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS/HRIS (Ashby, ADP) required.
