About the Role

The role includes engineering inspections, process design, improvement and innovation, contract management, product and solution development, project management, engineering standards specification, knowledge‑management support, personal capability building, engineering solutions design, and client & customer management. • Conduct engineering inspections and recommend remedial actions. • Support process design and continuous improvement of manufacturing or materials processes. • Identify shortcomings and apply change‑management programs to improve processes and systems. • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers within established contract management plans. • Analyze customer needs to develop and deliver products and engineering solutions. • Contribute to project goals within defined project management frameworks. • Assist in drafting and evaluating engineering standards and specifications. • Provide support and advice for knowledge‑management system usage. • Design and test feasibility of engineering solutions to validate designs. • Help senior colleagues manage client and customer relationships. • Join a global network of water specialists and contribute to community‑focused projects.

What You Bring
