About the Role
The Make‑Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market‑ready condition by performing a variety of non‑technical tasks. Duties include caulking, drywall repair, touch‑up painting, testing locks, assisting property inspections, maintaining exterior lighting, repairing ground equipment, and keeping grounds and common areas clean. The role also supports maintenance technicians, porters, housekeepers, and performs pool maintenance, with availability required for snow, ice, and other site emergencies. • Repair drywall • Test all locks and key sets • Assist in property inspections • Maintain exterior lighting • Repair ground equipment and perform preventative maintenance • Maintain grounds and common areas (trash removal, sweeping, snow removal) • Assist maintenance technicians, porters, and housekeepers • Perform pool maintenance • Be on call for snow, ice, and site emergencies

What You Bring
Candidates must hold an active, valid driver’s license and have a personal vehicle, and reside within a 30‑minute commute of the properties. HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED with at least one year of related experience—or equivalent education and experience—is required. Benefits
Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour and includes a 20 % rent discount at any Morgan‑owned property, quarterly $300 Morgan Essentials payments, and a referral bonus up to $750.
