About the Role

In the Strategy & Planning domain (≈60% of the role), the manager directs the team’s vision for operational finance systems, translating product goals into continuous value delivery. Responsibilities include production support, break/fix, minor enhancements, and overseeing complex customizations and verification procedures. The manager also conducts discovery sessions, validates opportunities, defines the product roadmap, and monitors KPIs. Delivery & Execution (≈10%) involves coordinating with business relationship managers to ensure service levels and functionality meet expectations. The manager oversees up to four analysts, manages change control standards, creates and prioritizes user stories, and identifies dependencies and risks for releases. People leadership (≈30%) focuses on fostering collaboration with engineering, UX designers, and stakeholders while championing modern software practices. What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and bring at least seven years of progressive experience, including three years in technical product management and one year leading product teams. Required skills include strong communication, analytical abilities, roadmap execution, and experience in complex matrixed environments. Oracle E1/EPM certifications, automation, and AI/ML experience are advantageous. • Require a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years experience (3+ in technical product management, 1+ leading product teams), and strong communication and analytical skills. • Preferred qualifications include Oracle E1/EPM certifications, automation experience, and AI/ML expertise.
