About the Role
As part of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will contribute to projects that improve communities, promote economic growth, enhance mobility, and increase sustainability and resilience. Our collaborative approach partners with municipalities, clients, and internal disciplines to deliver solutions that protect and connect communities. • Lead municipal road projects from inception through design, construction, and closeout. • Manage schedules, budgets, and program deliverables for road and related infrastructure. • Develop and implement project management and risk management plans, allocating resources and tracking timelines. • Serve as Parsons’ primary client and subconsultant representative, providing updates and managing expectations. • Negotiate scope changes, change orders, and contracts with clients and subconsultants. • Generate new business by leveraging client relationships and leading proposal efforts. • Conduct quality reviews of deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements. • Monitor progress, track milestones, prepare status reports, and support invoice preparation. • Facilitate project meetings (kickoff, progress, post‑project reviews) to maintain alignment and accountability. • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Foster a collaborative team environment, mentor staff, and promote teamwork. • Promote technical and commercial excellence by applying Parsons processes and industry best practices; obtain Project Management Certification as required.

What You Bring
We are expanding in the Greater Toronto Area, seeking dynamic Infrastructure Leaders or Principal Project Managers to strengthen our municipal roads and civil infrastructure team. With 80 years of experience delivering municipal road projects, we need senior managers with strong technical and commercial expertise to lead engineers and designers across Southern Ontario. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • P.Eng registration with PEO. • 10+ years of project management experience on municipal and regional road planning and design projects. • 15+ years of municipal road planning, design, and management experience; proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoad, Inroads. • Strong skills in MS Office, MS Project, and database tools for project management. • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
