About the Role
The Lifestyle Assistant’s primary responsibility is to assist the Lifestyle Director in delivering a full‑time social and activity program for all residents and families, encouraging socialization, improving daily living skills, expanding personal interests, and increasing physical activity and education. Key duties include assisting with scheduled activities, preparing and distributing the monthly Lifestyle calendar, facilitating Resident Council and other resident meetings, contacting community groups and volunteers, arranging resident transportation and driving community vehicles, and assessing residents’ social and lifestyle preferences. • Assist Lifestyle Director in planning and delivering daily social and activity programs for residents and families. • Prepare, post, and distribute the monthly Lifestyle calendar. • Facilitate Resident Council meetings and other resident gatherings. • Coordinate community groups and volunteers to support lifestyle programs. • Schedule resident transportation for outings and appointments; drive community vehicles as needed. • Assess residents' social and lifestyle preferences to promote engagement.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has a friendly, engaging personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is organized, creative, and dependable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential; a valid driver’s license is preferred, and experience in activities, recreation, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
