About the Role
The Cleaner (Part Time, 2nd Shift) works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor to perform a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services, following the company's established standards, instructions, and procedures. The position involves maintaining interior building surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, floor washing with commercial buffers and shampoo machines, vacuuming rugs, dusting furniture and fixtures, and cleaning interior glass and windows. Additional duties include cleaning and restocking bathrooms, collecting and disposing of building trash, monitoring for defects such as clogged urinals or non‑functioning lights, and sweeping or shoveling snow from entrances and walkways as directed. • Sweep, mop, and wash floors and interior surfaces using commercial buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo rugs as directed. • Dust and clean furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and perform periodic high dusting. • Clean interior windowsills, glass, doors, partitions, and specified windows; wash entrance glass and trim. • Clean and restock bathrooms daily, including wiping glass, emptying waste, servicing dispensers, and scrubbing floors. • Collect building trash, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal; monitor and report defects such as clogged urinals or lights. • Sweep or shovel snow from steps and walkways as directed. • Perform periodic tasks such as high dusting, leather and wood polishing, and wall washing.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $16.61 to $19.54 per hour, with eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending, retirement, life and disability insurance, and paid or unpaid time off.
