About the Role
The Senior HVAC Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and water heaters, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local and national codes. • Perform preventative maintenance on residential heating, air‑conditioning, and ventilation systems and train others. • Assist with sealed‑system HVAC, water‑heater, and advanced appliance repairs as part of development. • Provide exceptional customer service and clearly communicate work performed and recommendations to homeowners. • Complete required documentation, including service tickets, time logs, and material usage. • Remain on‑call and respond to emergency service situations. • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition. • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

What You Bring
• Meet 5 years of HVAC service experience or equivalent training and hold required state licenses. • Hold a valid EPA‑608 Type 2 (or higher) technician certification. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication and proven customer‑service skills. • possess advanced knowledge of tools and materials for HVAC, appliance, gas, and electric water‑heater service. • Exhibit sales ability to recommend and promote all company services. • Fulfill company driving standards with a valid driver's license and availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime. • Preferred qualification: NATE certification.
