About the Role

The Associate Photographer role supports Homes.com and Apartments.com by collecting media across a designated territory. Using a Matterport Pro3 camera, digital photography gear, and an iPad, the photographer creates virtual tours, floor plans, and marketing photography for residential properties while collaborating with clients, sales teams, logistics, and management. Photographers are managed remotely by a local Photography Manager. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans of homes and apartments using Matterport Pro3 equipment. • Produce high‑quality residential photography for marketing on Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointment efficiency. • Patrol assigned one‑mile‑square grids to identify and photograph commercial real‑estate inventory. • Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment use. • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with matching contributions and an employee stock purchase plan.

What You Bring

The position requires frequent sitting in a vehicle, standing, and walking for up to eight hours daily, as well as lifting and maneuvering equipment weighing up to five pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements are needed to operate cameras and tablets, and the role involves occasional bending, squatting, and twisting. Candidates must be able to work outdoors in all seasons and on a rotating weekend schedule. Candidates must be eligible to work full‑time in the United States, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and will not receive visa sponsorship.
