About the Role
Safety is the most important aspect of every Nucor job; candidates must be able to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. • Develop strong partnerships with Northern customers in ND, SD, MN, and WI. • Negotiate sales of Vulcraft products. • Collaborate with the commercial team to devise and execute territory market strategy. • Provide professional, informative, and responsive communication with internal and external customers. • Train for District Sales Manager responsibilities to prepare for future promotion opportunities.

What You Bring
• Travel as required and be prepared to work more than 40 hours per week when needed. • Demonstrate ability to read architectural and structural drawings and project specifications. • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel; preferred working knowledge of SAP. • Hold an associate or bachelor's degree in construction management or related field and have at least two years’ experience in joist, deck, or steel construction, plus customer service and sales experience.
