About the Role

The Talent Development Intern will support the Talent team in implementing and launching a new Learning Management System (LMS). This role offers hands‑on experience in learning operations, digital learning tools, content development, and cross‑functional collaboration with HR Business Partners, IT, and business teams. Interns will assist with configuring, testing, and rolling out the LMS, uploading and organizing learning content, and creating or editing training materials such as eLearning modules, job aids, and videos. They will partner with subject‑matter experts, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and contribute to project meetings, reporting, and analytics. • Configure, test, and roll out the new Learning Management System. • Upload, organize, and maintain learning content, curricula, and user assignments. • Create and edit eLearning modules, job aids, videos, and other training assets. • Partner with subject‑matter experts to gather and verify learning content. • Troubleshoot LMS issues, document processes, and support end‑user questions. • Participate in project meetings, track progress, and contribute to documentation. • Generate reports and analytics to measure training engagement and effectiveness. • Collaborate with HR and Talent teams on broader learning and development initiatives.

What You Bring

Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, be in their junior or senior year with at least a 3.0 GPA, and possess strong written communication and organizational skills. An interest in learning technologies, digital content creation, teamwork, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset is essential. • Pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. • Junior or senior standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA. • Strong written communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with a detail‑oriented, proactive mindset. • Hands‑on experience in learning operations, HR technology, and content development. • Mentorship and exposure to real‑world projects.
