About the Role

In this role you will oversee the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency while managing the full construction lifecycle to keep projects on schedule and within budget. GFT’s construction management services serve as the cornerstone of its mission to transform communities and enhance lives. • Provide overall leadership and management for construction projects. • Maintain comprehensive construction project records. • Coordinate with clients and inspection staff on change orders, payments, and material testing. • Conduct project meetings and prepare meeting minutes. • Develop monthly progress reports.

What You Bring

• Hold a BS in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering. • Hold a New Jersey Professional Engineering (PE) license. • Bring 15+ years of construction management experience. • Have prior experience as a Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer. • Possess experience working with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority or NJDOT. • Preferred: experience with airport projects and certifications such as Rutgers TCC, NJSAT, or ACI.

Benefits

The position offers a salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year, dependent on experience and location, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, wellness programs, parental leave, pet insurance, a tax‑deferred 401(k), competitive PTO, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, full‑time, based in New Jersey.
