About the Role

We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant for our property management team in Sugar Land, TX. The role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of our growing portfolio. The successful candidate will serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, maintain records, manage calendars, and build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors. • Provide administrative support to the property management team to ensure smooth daily operations. • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and coordinating information flow. • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with documentation for effective property management. • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to maximize team productivity. • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors, delivering excellent customer service. • Apply professional customer service and communication skills in interactions with stakeholders. • Produce business correspondence with correct grammar, structure, punctuation, and spelling. • Communicate effectively with community managers, vendors, peers, and clients. • Prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines consistently.
