About the Role

• Operate haul trucks to transport material from pit to crusher. • Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑operation inspections with proper documentation. • Perform equipment servicing, maintenance, and occasional plant maintenance as directed. • Communicate effectively and operate equipment with high competency. • Follow all company policies, MSHA, and environmental regulations for safe operations.

What You Bring

Rogers Group is hiring an Off‑Road Haul Truck Driver for its quarry in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The role requires experience operating rigid‑frame or articulated haul trucks, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to perform equipment inspections, maintenance, and occasional plant tasks while communicating effectively with the team. • Prior experience operating articulated and rigid‑frame haul trucks (preferred). • Experience in plant/equipment maintenance (a plus). • Ability to perform general labor and clean‑up duties as needed. • Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and tolerate loud noise. • Willingness to work overtime, extended hours, and as part of a team. • Pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
