About the Role

In this role, the engineer will report to senior engineers and perform design, structural analysis, data‑sheet preparation, quantity estimating, material requisition, shop‑drawing review, and technical bid analysis. The position also supports design marketing and technical proposals while collaborating with CAD designers and junior staff. • Design bridges in compliance with Federal, State, local, and AASHTO LRFD specifications • Produce structural designs for single‑span, multi‑span, reinforced, pre‑stressed, precast concrete, and steel bridges • Prepare specifications, data sheets, quantity estimates, and detailed engineering analyses for procurement and construction • Review shop‑drawing submittals and conduct technical bid analysis • Generate drawings, specifications, and other construction documents • Provide technical guidance to CAD designers, drafters, and junior engineers • Mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering collaboration • Apply professional engineer seal/signature as required to ensure code compliance

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field • Minimum 5 years of bridge design experience, including design‑build or alternative project delivery • Experience with both steel and concrete bridge design for roadway systems • No security clearance required
