About the Role
The Associate Director performs complex BIM and plant data‑centric assignments using platforms such as Revit, Intergraph SmartPlant and Plant 3D to meet project results and deadlines. Working under general direction, the role leads specific BIM technologies for assigned project teams, develops technical solutions to difficult problems, and independently defines solution approaches. • Execute complex BIM and plant data‑centric tasks on platforms such as Revit, Intergraph SmartPlant and Plant 3D. • Direct BIM technology strategy for project teams and devise technical solutions to challenging problems. • Operate under general direction while independently setting solution approaches.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Diploma or BE in Electrical & Electronics and possess more than 14 years of post‑qualification experience. Required expertise includes Civil 3D, ME urban infrastructure design—preferably dry utilities consulting—and a strong working knowledge of Revit. Experience managing BIM and CAD teams and excellent English communication skills are highly desirable. The position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with a hybrid work model and reporting to the Energy Business Line within the DCS group. • Hold a Diploma or BE in Electrical & Electronics with over 14 years of relevant experience. • Apply Civil 3D and ME urban infrastructure design expertise, preferably in dry‑utilities consulting. • Demonstrate strong Revit proficiency and experience managing BIM/CAD teams. • Communicate effectively in English.
