About the Role
• Manage and develop relationships with key clients. • Coordinate resources, oversee budgets, and supervise timelines for multi‑disciplinary design teams. • Assist in preparing proposals and deliver presentations to win new work. • Produce design drawings, reports, specifications, tender and technical documents for pipelines, pump stations, storage facilities and related assets. • Conduct planning and options‑assessment studies such as network master plans and strategic planning (optional). • Perform site surveillance, inspect works completion and superintend services (optional). • Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.

What You Bring
We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with client management, project management, design and planning experience in Water Infrastructure to join our Melbourne office. GHD offers the chance to work on a diverse range of projects for a broad spectrum of Victorian water‑industry clients, within a respected leader that values functional, innovative and sustainable solutions. • 5–15 years of civil engineering experience on water infrastructure projects. • Proven client relationship, panel or portfolio management experience. • Civil design expertise in water/wastewater pipelines, pump stations and storage facilities. • Planning skills with strategic water planning and modelling software experience (optional). • Proficiency in developing engineering drawings and using civil design software. • Project management or project support experience. • RPEV (Civil) registration or in process of registration.
