What You Bring

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and five or more years of experience on diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment. Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, as well as troubleshooting skills, is required. The position demands physical activity such as bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting 50 lb or more, and may involve indoor and outdoor work depending on job requirements. Relevant military backgrounds include a wide range of MOS, AFSC, and NEC codes that provide transferrable skills, and related civilian experience may include roles such as shop mechanic, service foreman, diesel technician, and hydraulic mechanic. • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Meet physical demands such as lifting 50 lb, bending, squatting, and working indoors/outdoors. • Hold a high school diploma or GED; trade school or equivalent training preferred. • Possess 5+ years of technician experience with diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment.
