About the Role

The Sales Director for Major Accounts will originate and manage relationships with strategic owner clients, working closely with senior stakeholders, acquisition and disposition teams, and asset managers. The role focuses on daily business development, account management, client engagement, and revenue growth through consultative selling, with up to 50 % travel nationwide. • Develop and execute a major account strategy in partnership with the Head of Major Accounts. • Identify and engage key stakeholders across asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, and executive leadership. • Build and nurture relationships with major clients to improve retention and drive upsell opportunities. • Negotiate volume‑based agreements and collaborate with field sales to increase revenue. • Represent LoopNet and Ten‑X at industry events and networking functions. • Become an expert in the Ten‑X transaction platform and LoopNet marketing solutions. • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, marketing, and closing deals. • Deliver client and prospect presentations; underwrite and evaluate assets. • Manage broker, seller, and buyer relationships throughout the auction process. • Meet or exceed revenue targets through consultative selling and account expansion. • Leverage analytics to optimize client outcomes and uncover growth opportunities. • Communicate effectively with senior executives and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales or capital markets. • Travel up to 50 % of the time and maintain a valid driver’s license. • Preferred: 6+ years working with large commercial real estate owners and an advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
