About the Role
As an Apartments.com Sales Associate, you will act as a strategic digital‑marketing partner for the multifamily industry, delivering sales presentations and in‑person client visits to sell marketing solutions. You will prospect new accounts, expand existing relationships, and receive extensive classroom and field training to build market credibility and grow your career. • Prospect new business opportunities using CoStar’s market data. • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities with existing customers. • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients. • Develop expertise in digital advertising and multifamily real‑estate trends. • Collaborate across teams to drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional service. • Provide ongoing client support through regular communication and market insights. • Analyze data and create strategic recommendations based on market trends. • Manage the full customer lifecycle, including pipeline and contact management.

What You Bring
• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising. • Proven record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment. • Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to drive regularly. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 4 years of multifamily/digital marketing experience. • Adapt quickly to a fast‑growth environment and manage priorities independently. • Self‑starter with strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences. • Access to an operational vehicle prior to start date.
