About the Role

The Deputy Manager – LV Sales – Nepal (Branch – Patna) will lead efforts to grow low‑voltage switchgear sales in the Nepal market. This role focuses on building relationships with consultants and nodal agencies, promoting digital and IEC 61439 panel solutions, and driving order generation to meet corporate sales targets. • Achieve the annual low‑voltage sales target for the Nepal market. • Partner with consultants and nodal agencies during pre‑tender stages to influence specifications and preferences. • Promote LV switchgear, digital products, and IEC 61439 panel solutions to customers. • Generate orders and support CP targets through proactive outreach. • Plan daily activities, schedule opportunities, analyse win/loss data, and update SAP and CACO systems using the knowledge portal. • Organize and deliver sales promotion events such as IPTs, product demos, presentations, and seminars. • Apply deep knowledge of low‑voltage and medium‑voltage product ranges to customer applications. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of customers within the assigned territory. • Build and sustain strong customer relationships.

What You Bring

• Demonstrate strong technical understanding of switchgear and its applications. • Possess techno‑commercial insight into competitor product offerings. • Exhibit professionalism, perseverance, and effective time‑management. • Communicate and present confidently in Hindi and English (preferable). • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering. • Have 3–5 years of relevant experience in LV/MV sales.
