About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. What You Bring
The role requires physical capability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and the ability to spend up to 50% of the time walking around facilities, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Managers also perform routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations, and they must hold a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle for travel between sites, with mileage reimbursement available. • Require prior customer-service or sales experience (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, etc.) and a valid driver's license with personal vehicle.
