About the Role
The position is part of the Contamination Assessment and Remediation group, specifically within the Environmental Chemistry Data Validation team, supporting a wide range of industry and federal clients. Team members provide technical expertise, coordinate laboratory activities, and ensure data meet rigorous quality standards. • Provide technical support in environmental analytical chemistry to project teams across diverse industry and federal clients. • Perform data verifications and validations using USEPA and regional guidance, prepare validation reports, and assist with Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs). • Assist project teams with laboratory coordination and select analytical methodology based on project‑specific QA/QC parameters. • Monitor laboratory turnaround times and ensure data meets project‑specified quality objectives. • Deliver and be accountable for technical assignments involving data quality assessments, ensuring project objectives are met. • Collaborate with internal project teams, external consultants, and laboratories.

What You Bring
We are seeking an Environmental Chemistry Data Validator/Laboratory Coordinator for any of our U.S. offices. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring three days in the office each week. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of professionals who collaborate to deliver high‑quality environmental data and insights. • Utilize professional decision‑making, communication, time‑management, and technical skills. • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in chemistry or related field (preferred). • 5+ years of environmental analytical chemistry experience, preferably laboratory bench chemistry. • Experience validating high‑resolution GC/MS and PFAS analyses; familiarity with USEPA analytical methodologies and regional quality standards. • Experience reviewing environmental analytical data and preparing Quality Assurance Project Plan documents (a plus). • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at personal and technical levels. • Well‑organized self‑starter capable of prioritizing work to meet deadlines and budget constraints. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams throughout the Americas.
