About the Role

The Housekeeper at Multifamily Parc on Jackson is responsible for preparing vacant units and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, office space, and model units. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager and works closely with the maintenance team. Core duties include routine cleaning of designated property spaces, reporting any maintenance issues, adhering to safety protocols, and performing additional tasks as assigned. • Clean business office, restrooms, cabana, laundry rooms, model apartments, and property common areas on a defined schedule. • Prepare vacant apartment units for showing and occupancy. • Report maintenance problems directly to the supervisor. • Follow established safety guidelines and report obstacles. • Arrive on time and comply with company policies and procedures. • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with residents and staff. • Utilize standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines. • Travel between properties in varying weather conditions as required. • Stand and walk for extended periods; ascend and descend stairs, ladders, or step stools. • Lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 lb regularly.

What You Bring
