About the Role

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis and have bridge design experience from coursework or internships. Strong technical writing, Microsoft Office proficiency, self‑motivation, and the ability to communicate across disciplines are required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with structural analysis software such as LEAP or STADD, experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD/Civil 3D, an Engineer‑in‑Training certification, and a master’s degree in civil engineering. • Hold a BS in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis and bridge design experience from classes or internships. • Demonstrate strong technical writing skills and Microsoft Office proficiency. • Work independently and collaborate across disciplines. • Familiarity with structural analysis software (e.g., LEAP, STADD) – preferred. • Experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD/Civil 3D – preferred. • Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification – preferred.
