About the Role
The Electrical Engineer will work under the Resident Engineer and Project Manager, joining a construction‑supervision team on major road, infrastructure and landscape projects across Dubai. The position involves overseeing electrical work that supports transportation and utility networks. As an equal‑opportunity employer, AECOM respects diversity and ensures confidentiality of applicant information in line with EEO guidelines. • Supervise electrical construction for roads, infrastructure, and landscape projects, ensuring adherence to DEWA and RTA standards. • Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, inspection and test plans, and monitor inspector performance. • Update progress reports for the Resident Engineer and Project Manager and maintain accurate as‑built records. • Coordinate material reviews and design queries with the head‑office design team and integrate services across disciplines. • Lead multidisciplinary teams, facilitate client coordination, and deliver clear project communication and reporting.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. • Possess at least ten years of experience on RTA or similar infrastructure projects in the UAE. • Prefer experience with roads, bridges, transport, and highways; commercial or residential building experience is not preferred.
