About the Role

As an ICT Senior Consultant, you will lead the engineering of ICT systems, collaborating with clients, architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to develop designs for corporate interiors, sports and entertainment venues, healthcare facilities, and more. • Lead calculations, load analysis, equipment selection, and system layout for large ICT projects. • Produce design documents, schematics, narratives, specifications, and construction administration packages. • Prepare due‑ diligence and feasibility reports and convey concepts through sketches and renderings. • Drive business development by aiding proposal creation, attending networking events, and delivering presentations. • Coordinate with internal design teams and external clients, architects, vendors, and program managers. • Establish system application parameters, design sequences, and operational guidelines. • Oversee QA/QC processes for own deliverables and mentor junior team members. • Manage RFIs, change orders, bulletins, and addenda throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct field inspections, investigations, and detailed inspection reporting. • Assist senior staff with project scheduling, staffing assessments, and budgeting. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge through continuing education seminars on technical topics.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical field and possess at least seven years of relevant design experience. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of AV equipment are required; certifications such as CTS, RCDD, PE, or PSP are highly valued. • Utilize AutoCAD/Revit (preferred) and possess detailed AV equipment expertise; certifications such as CTS, RCDD, PE, or PSP are a plus.
