A strong background in data analysis, budgeting, market research, and financial modeling within real‑estate or asset‑management environments is essential. Proficiency with LRO, Yardi, advanced Excel, and familiarity with PowerPoint and Word are required to effectively perform the duties. • Hold a bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university. • Possess 3–5 years of multifamily revenue or pricing strategy experience. • Demonstrate strong data analysis, budgeting, and market research skills in real estate or asset management. • Proficient in LRO and Yardi systems; advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiar with PowerPoint and Word. • Entrepreneurial Spirit – driving innovation and pioneering new approaches.
